Privacy policy

Last updated: October 17, 2026. This policy explains what data Accident Law Guide (accidentlawyer.vpnandroid.net) collects and why.

Who is responsible

The site is run by Pablo Hernández, the editor of vpnandroid.net. Contact: vpnreach@vpnandroid.net.

What is collected

  • Server logs. Like any website, the server records technical data for each request: IP address, browser, the page requested and the time. They are used for security and to fix errors, and they are kept by the hosting provider for a limited period.
  • Email. If you write to the contact address, your email and message are used only to reply and to make corrections.
  • Calculators and lookups. The fee calculator and the state lookup run entirely in your browser. What you type is not sent to the server.

The site has no user accounts, no comments, no newsletter and no analytics or advertising cookies at the time of this update. WordPress may set strictly necessary cookies only for logged-in site administrators.

If this changes

If analytics or advertising are added later, this policy will be updated first, and where the law requires it, you’ll be asked for consent before any non-essential cookie is set.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or the EU General Data Protection Regulation give you rights to access, correct or delete personal data about you. Email the address above to use them. The site does not sell or share personal information.

Children

The site is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their data.
